Tri-weekly Warmups

Tri-Weekly Online Warmups - $45/mo

These warmups are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 am. Subscription allows access to video recordings of the recent warmups so you never have to miss a warmup. Click here to subscribe. 

Estill Figure Proficiency Training

Estill Figure Proficiency Coaching

This coaching is for people who would like to earn a certificate of Estill Fugure Proficiency. After competency is achieved final testing is completed by an Estill Mentor and Course Instructor, either in person or via Zoom. Contact Sanders for more details.
